Brand guidelines will give us the ability to keep a consistent and well polished look. Additionally, Brand guidelines will stream line work that require graphic design in house or sub-contracted.

Coordinating with local videographers and associates, video commercials will give Teague Construction a voice that truly communicates your value. The most effective way to accomplish this is not just saying, “here’s my business, now come buy.” But audiences are most engaged with commercials that show your story.

As mentioned before direct mail can be our secret weapon. When direct mail is given the look of a letter to prospective clients, or higher value than just a graphic card in the mail, prospects will take notice, and want to learn more with the right message. I would also recommend having guys leave door hangers on houses near your current customers.

A website will help your business beyond belief. It can give you the ability to collect payments from customers, and a location for new customers coming in from our marketing to schedule appointments along with existing customers. At the end of the day, this will make you money. giving a direct channel from our ads.

Though I think social media is over pushed by most marketing companies, I think this can be a good opportunity for you to be less formal, or more formal if you want to be active on platforms like linked In. I don’t think social should be a main focus but if you choose, it can be an additional low context media for us.
